New Zealand workshop will focus on science and conservation of dolphins and other toothed whales in Hawaiian waters

PIFSC scientist Erin Oleson and colleague Robin Baird have organized a December 7th workshop on the science and conservation of dolphins and other toothed whales (the group of cetaceans known as odontocetes) that occur in Hawaiian waters. Several PIFSC scientists will be participating in the workshop, part of the 20th Biennial Conference on the Biology of Marine Mammals which is being held during 9-13 December 2013 at Otago University in Dunedin, New Zealand.
